Shipping

1) Where do you ship? Currently we ship within the United States and to Canada. For other international location, please contact our customer service at customercare@morewaskincare.com

2) Do you offer Free Shipping? We offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders worth $75 and above.

3) What If my products melt during transit? During transit and during warmer months, our products are more likely to change textures due to extreme temperatures. Kindly track and retrieve your items as soon as they arrive to avoid further changes due to the extreme temperatures. 

In instance of product melting, kindly place products into the refrigerator for approximately 1-3 hours or until hardened. The refrigerated product will regain its original texture and will provide effective results when used.  DO NOT OPEN MELTED PRODUCT, this will lead to spillage and product loss.

We assume no responsibility for melting issues and orders will not be replaced or refunded.

4) What if I accidentally input an incomplete or incorrect address on my order? Kindly email customercare@morewaskincare.com within 12 hours of placing your order to make any changes to your address. After the 12 hours cut off, no changes will be made.

 Customers will be charged for shipping if orders that are returned due to incorrect address. If the customer choses to cancel the returned package, a refund will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

5) How do I track my order? Tracking details will be emailed once order has been shipped.

6) My order says it was delivered but I have not received my package. What do I do? Please contact your local USPS if you have any delivery concerns. Mo r'ẹ‌wá is not held responsible or liable for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.
